What happens at each stage
Booking
You choose a service, tell us about your property and pick from the slots our teams actually have open. Nothing is held until you submit.
Payment verification
You transfer the amount and upload a screenshot. Once we match it against our account, your booking moves from pending to confirmed.
On the day
A team is assigned and you can follow the status — on the way, arrived, in progress — from your account.
Afterwards
Before and after photos are attached to the booking, and you can rate the service.
