How often should solar panels be cleaned?
It depends on where you are and how much dust settles. In Karachi, most systems benefit from cleaning every two to three weeks; in Lahore's smog season, soiling is faster still. That's why our packages are built around repeat visits rather than one-offs.
How long does a cleaning take?
Most residential systems take between one and two hours, depending on the number of panels and roof access.
Do I need to be home during the service?
Someone should be available to give the team roof access. Beyond that, you don't need to supervise the work — you'll get photos and a status update either way.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer and mobile wallets. You upload a screenshot of the transfer when booking, and we confirm once it's verified.
Can I reschedule a booking?
Yes. You can request a new date from your account, and we'll confirm the new slot.
What areas do you serve?
Karachi and Lahore. During booking you'll enter your address, and the system confirms whether your location is serviceable before you pay.
Is the cleaning safe for my panels?
Yes. We use soft-bristle water-fed brushes and purified water, keep the MC4 connectors and junction boxes dry, and never use pressure washers, hard brushes or household detergents — all of which can scratch the coating, force water past the seals, or void your warranty.
